In addition to our online training options, the Office of Institutional Equity offers in-person instruction on:

Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy

NAHP training educates trainees about what discrimination is, whom it affects, and the way it can change the work environment when allowed to proliferate. The training provides tools for recognizing discrimination, preventing it, and properly responding to it when appears to be occurring. Concepts like harassment, retaliation, “hostile work environment” and accommodations are covered in the training, as well.
