Student Support and Resources

In addition to the assistance offered by OIE, the University of Arizona provides additional avenues of support—including confidential resources and advocacy.

Student Assistance

Student Assistance serves as a central support resource for all students.

Student Assistance helps students and their families manage crises, life traumas, and other barriers that impede success. Student Assistance staff help students identify various options, sources of support, and campus and community resources.

Student Assistance is located in the Dean of Students' Office | Robert L. Nugent Building | 520-621-7057

Survivor Advocacy

Survivor Support Services (SSS) are available through Campus Health. Survivor Advocates and Survivor Support Counselors are confidential support personnel available to assist university students with their academic, emotional, and safety needs relating to sexual misconduct, regardless of whether a student decides to seek law enforcement involvement or university disciplinary action relating to their experiences.
