Student Sex Discrimination and Harassment
The Office of Institutional Equity is responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, objectively investigating student complaints of discrimination and harassment in accordance with the Nondiscrimination and Anti-harassment Policy and the Student Code of Conduct.
The Office of Institutional Equity works in collaboration with the Dean of Students Office to take prompt and appropriate action to investigate student behavior that may violate the Nondiscrimination and Anti-harassment Policy and/or related provisions of the Arizona Board of Regents Student Code of Conduct, including sex discrimination cases that are not within Title IX jurisdiction.
