Employee Support and Resources

If you believe you have experienced, witnessed or are aware of discrimination, harassment, retaliation or violence, you are encouraged to report the concern and seek support.

University policy prohibits discrimination, including harassment and retaliation on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin (including shared ancestry and ethnic characteristics), age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and genetic information. Employees may also seek support through additional university resources.

Ombuds

A confidential, informal, impartial and independent resource for effective communication, collaboration and conflict management. The Ombuds Committee consists of a diverse array of campus professionals such as faculty and staff that provide resources and informal problem-solving solutions.

The Ombuds Office is a confidential, informal, impartial and independent resource for effective communication, collaboration and conflict management. All Arizona employees and students, as well as community members who have a university-related concern, may utilize its services.

Human Resources

Human Resources (HR) at Arizona works to assist in fostering an effective and supportive workplace for all university employees. HR works to connect employees to various resources (informal and formal) to assist in resolving workplace concerns including, but not limited to, discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

Life & Work Connections

Life & Work Connections provides benefit-eligible employees with diverse entry points for mental health and related resources, including confidential employee assistance counseling.

Life & Work Connections provides supportive resources available to benefits-eligible employees. From health-related resources to contracted confidential employee assistance counseling, all services are free, and participation is voluntary.

Oasis Sexual Assault and Trauma Services

Oasis provides advocacy, support and outreach to students, staff and faculty of all genders who are impacted by sexual assault, relationship violence and stalking.
